Preheat oven to 400. Line shallow baking dish with foil. Place salmon in pan, coat w/ thin layer of mustard and season w/ salt & pepper. Top w/ bread crumbs. Drizzle w/ butter. Bake for 15 minutes until salmon flakes w/ fork.
