"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
2 eggs Splash of milk ½ teaspoon of vanilla ½ teaspoon of cinnamon Bread of your choice
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and spices. Use thick white bread or French toast. Dip both sides of the bread into the mixture just to coat. Brown on both sides on a buttered pan on the stove.
Bobby loves when I make French toast for him....especially when I pile the powdered sugar on top.
