2 C. Sugar
1 C. oil
4 eggs
2 C. Pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon

1. Combine ingredients and bake in a 11x17" pan. A cookie sheet with sides works well. Use an ungreased pan.
2. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Cool on rack and frost with the following: 1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 stick margarine, 3 C. powdered sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla
3. Add a little milk and mix with mixer.
