2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400.
Melt butter in a pan (8 x 11 x 2")
Break eggs into blender, add milk, flour, and salt. Blend. Pour into sizzling hot pan and bake for 40 minutes.

This recipe is from Verna & Wes Weston from Savannah. They were our hosts when we stayed with them for Bruce's funeral. They made this for us two mornings in a row because we all liked it so much; and we liked them a lot too!
