4 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 cup grits
1 stick margarine or butter
1 roll of garlic cheese
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil water and salt; add grits and cook until grits are done. Take off heat and add butter and cheese. Stir until melted. Beat eggs and add to grits. Place in oven and bake until lightly brown.
