1 lb. ground beef
1 can beef broth divided
1 small onion, chopped
2 T dried parsley flakes
1 T dried basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T cornstarch
Hot mashed potatoes or cooked pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, drain. Add 1 1/2 cups beef broth, onion, parsley, basil, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. Simmer uncovered 5-10 min. until onion is tender. In a small bowl combine cornstarch and remaining broth until smooth. Stir into beef mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta
