Marinade: 1 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 cup Honey 1 cup Oil 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Garlic Sauce 1 tsp Ground Ginger
Blend all of the above ingredients well in a blender. Cut Flank Steak into thin strips across the grain. Completely submerge strips in bowl of marinade and set in refrigerator for 24-72 hours. Remove strips from bowl and put them on pre-soaked bamboo skewers. Grill on low heat until done, then enjoy.
