1 med. red bell pepper
1 med. green bell pepper
1 med. yellow bell pepper
1 med. onion
1-12 oz. jar of salsa, more or less for desired consistency
4 oz. of penne pasta
Grated cheese, optional and use own judgment on amount

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut peppers and onion in strips. Cook and drain the pasta. Mix the peppers, onion, pasta, and salsa.
To serve warm, heat until warm and vegetables are desired firmness. Can be served at room temperature or chilled. Garnish with grated cheese if desired.
