1 1/2 cups raisins 1 cup + 2 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp nutmeg 1 1/2 cups sour cream 3 egg yolks 1 tbsp lemon juice 9 inch baked pie shell
Cook all ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute and continue to stir. Pour into a 9 inch baked pie shell and top with brown sugar meringue.
