5 lbs. white potatoes cooked
1 stick butter
3 lbs. sour cream
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes while hot and add butter and then sour cream. Place in a baking dish and top with paprika and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 -60 minutes.
