4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
1 c. butter

25 lg. marshmallow
13 oz. hershey bar
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in lag pan over med heat. Bring to an even boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows. Add chocolate slowly in small pieces, add nuts last and pour into a 11 X 15 jelly roll pan.
