1 onion 1 green pepper 1 can mushrooms 1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls 8 hash browns 1 lb. sausage (any type you like) 1 pkg. cheddar cheese 12 eggs 1 cup milk
Lay crescent rolls on bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with hash browns, cooked sausage, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and cheese. Scramble the 12 eggs with 1 cup of milk, pour over top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Uncover for the last 10-15 minutes
