2 tbsp butter
diced carrots
diced celery
diced onion
1 can chicken broth
3 cups milk
1 box American cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute vegetables. Add broth to vegetables and simmer. Stir in milk and bring to a light boil, stirring constantly. Add the cheese slowly while the soup boils. Stir until melted and serve.
