2 10oz pkg frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

25 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine


Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli, and then combine with the other ingredients (except the crackers & margarine). Mix well and pour into a buttered casserole. Crush the crackers and mix with the melted margarine. Crumble over casserole.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
