1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 t. margarine

1 16oz can chili with beans
1/2 can refried beans(8oz)
1 8oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. taco sauce
4 corn tortillas, cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and margarine until tender but not brown, about 10 min. Stir the rest of the ingredients (except the tortillas) into sautéed vegetables.
Arrange half the tortilla pieces on a lightly greased baking dish; top with half the chili mixture. Repeat layer.
Bake uncovered at 350º until cheese is melted, about 2-3 min.
