1 - 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O 1-1/4 c. hot water 1-10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries (thawed and drained) 1 T. lemon juice 1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese 4 T. nuts Triple recipe for bundt pan.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cream cheese. Pour in blended and blend til melted and mixture is smooth and well mixed. Add berries, lemon juice and nuts. Mix well. Pour mixture into greased mold. Chill. May be garnished with whipped cream, nuts and strawberries before serving.
