1 c. sugar
Coloring: Pinch of salt and 4 c. milk

Orange Sherbet
1 small can (6 oz.) concentrated orange juice
2-1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Lemon Sherbet
2 c. milk
1-1/4 c. sugar
1 T. grated lemon rind
1/3 c. lemon juice
