2 c. torn lettuce
2 c. torn curly endive
2 c. torn romaine
4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
1-1/2 c. cooked peas
6 slices bacon, crisp - cooked drained and crumbled
1 medium red onion thinly sliced
1/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
1 t. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Toss lettuces together. Top with cheese, peas and 1/2 bacon and all onion. Mix mayo, salt and sugar. Spoon over onion. Do not toss. Cover; chill at least 2 hours up to 24 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with remaining bacon and toss.
