Cake:
1 box cake mix (white)
Frosting:
1 pint whipping cream
1 pint of 1/2 & 1/2
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. brandy
shredded chocolate bar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box.
use 9x13 or 3 rounds

Mix all frosting ingredients together until thickened.
Frost cooled cake and top with shredded chocolate bar. Refrigerate.

I'm so glad I got this recipe from Joann Long(Auntie Doris's friend from California) I know she has baked this cake for so many special occasions. It makes a great birthday cake, especially if you go a little heavy on the brandy!!
