1 small box cherry Jell-O 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice 1/2 c. grated colby cheese 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 small cool whip
Pineapple, sugar and water in pan and bring to boil. Remove and stir in Jell-O until dissolved. Refrigerate until slightly jelled. Beat in cool whip with electric beater. Stir in cheese and nuts with spoon. Return to fridge until firm.
