4 red apples, cored and chopped (set aside in lemon and lime juice) 1 c. mandarin oranges, drained 1 c. sour cream 1 c. cool whip ˝ c. mayo ˝ c. honey Optional – ˝ c. chopped walnuts and ˝ c. raisins
Combine all ingredients and stir gently as not to break orange sections. Refrigerate overnight. 1 bag mixed salad greens, rinsed in lemon and lime juices. Arrange salad greens on salad plate. Top with chilled fruit mixture.
