Layer in order:
Lettuce (in bite-sized pieces)
2 heads of cauliflower (washed and cut in pieces)
1 jar Hormel bacon bits
5-7 hard-boiled eggs (sliced)
1-1/2 c. cashews
Dressing:
2 c. mayo (not salad dressing)
c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Chill overnight. Mix just before serving.
