2 lbs. shredded hash browns
1/2 cup butter
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 pt.. sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and soup together. Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir in thawed potatoes. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.

This is a great recipe if you are serving a large crowd. Mom and I made several roaster pans of these for the Christmas parties at the sale yard.
