1 whole salmon
1 cube butter thinly sliced
1-2 cans diced mushrooms, drained
1 sweet onion, chopped
2 cups of mixed sweet peppers, all colors!
1/2 C. lemon juice
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste.
1 can Budweiser Beer

Directions:
Directions:
This is already cleaned and in a nice, pink hunk.
Place salmon on heavy aluminum foil.
Put butter all over, add mushrooms peppers, lemon juice. Add seasonings to taste.
Pour some of the Bud on the fish and place foil on the grill.
Drink rest of Bud.
If you need to pour more Bud over the salmon while grilling, open another Bud and proceed as above.
Grill 30-40 minutes until salmon flakes apart easily.
