2 C Brown Sugar
2/3 C Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
2 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 C Apples, chopped
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream brown sugar and butter. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add salt, flour, and baking powder. Mix well. Mix in apples. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
