1 Beef Roast
1 jar (12 oz) Beef Broth
1 jar (12 oz) Pepperoncini (mild salad peppers) - optional
1 oz pkg Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 can (14.5 oz) Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peppers; pull off stems. Add to slow cooker along with all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Remove meat from sauce; shred with 2 forks. Return shredded meat to slow cooker; mix well. Serve on favorite bread, topped with cheese , if desired.
