1/2 c. diced onion 1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. diced carrots 1/2 c. diced potatoes 4 T. butter 1 tsp. Nature Seasoning 1/2 c. flour 2 c. cold milk 1-14 oz. chicken broth 1 c. cheese whiz 1/3 c. shredded cheddar 1-2 T. bacon bits
Add vegetables to butter; cook until soft. Add seasoning. Blend flour with milk. Add to vegetables. Add broth. Stir until thickened. Add cheeses and bacon bits.
