1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
1/3 c. milk
2 T. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3-1/2 c. or 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
8" graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chocolate and 2 T. milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted. Beat sugar into cream cheese; add remaining milk and chocolate mixture. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until smooth. Spoon in crust. Freeze until firm - 4 hours.

Chocolate Mint Pie: Add 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract.
