8 medium red potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 c. ranch salad dressing
1/2# bacon - fried and crumbled
1 T parsley, minced
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
TOPPING
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c corn flakes, lightly crushed
1/4 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender - cool and dice (can leave skins on). In a large bowl combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and one cup of cheese; add potatoes, toss gently. Place in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 c cheese. Combie melted margarine with cornflakes and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
