6 c. rolled oats
c. chopped almonds
c. chopped pecans
2 T. brown sugar
tsp. kosher salt
1/3 c. maple syrup
c. honey
c. pineapple juice
tsp. almond extract

Cooking spray

c. dried cherries
c. chopped dried apricots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add syrup, honey, juice, and almond extract; toss well. Spread mixture evenly onto a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in dried cherries and apricots. Cool completely. Store in zip-top plastic bag.
