4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 cups milk
1 t. vanilla
Dash of salt
Sprinkle with nutmeg

Directions:

Put in a casserole dish or ramekins and:

Set in a 9 x 13 pan with 3/4" water and bake 45 minutes at 350.
