6 squares Baker's Semi Sweet Chocolate 3 T. water 2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. v 2-1/2 c. xx sugar
Heat chocolate with water in saucepan over very low heat; stir constantly until just melted. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes. Beat in cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Beat in xx sugar gradually until well blended and smooth.
