3 c. semisweet chocolate chips 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 2/3 c. roasted cashew pieces 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Butter an 8" baking pan. Melt chocolate chips and milk. Stir in cashews and vanilla. Pour into pan and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 1" squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
