7-1/2 qts. popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1 cup butter (not margarine)
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200. In saucepan, heat butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir occasionally. When mixture comes to full boil, cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and mix until evenly coated. Bake for 1 hour in large, roasting pan, stirring every 15 minutes.

For some extra crunch, stir in 1 c. of pecans or peanuts.
