3 1/2 C Milk
2 sm boxes Instant French Vanilla Pudding
8 oz Cool Whip, frozen
1 box Graham Crackers

Frosting:
1 1/2 to 2 C Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
3 T Light Karo Syrup
3 T Butter
Milk as needed to moisten
2 pkgs pre-softened Unsweetened Chocolate

DESSERT: Mix the pudding with the milk. Beat for 2 minutes until thickened. Mix in cool whip. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers. Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Spread remaining pudding mixture over the crackers. Top with a layer of crackers. Chill for 2 hours. FROSTING: Combine all the ingredients and frost the top of the crackers after it has been chilled for 2 hours. Put dessert back in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
