2 Packages Silken Tofu firm

6 oz dark chocolate

1 tbsp water

c brown rice syrup or agave nectar

tsp nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and water over medium low heat until smooth. Add tofu and melted chocolate to food processor and blend until well combined and smooth. Add sweetening agent and nutmeg and blend until well mixed. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.



Note: If you cannot find brown rice syrup or agave nectar, use honey as an alternative.
