Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes with a vegetable brush to remove any dirt. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil. Place all potatoes in the bottom of a crockpot. Cover and set on "Low." Let potatoes cook for about 10 hours.

This is a great recipe for people who come home from work and don't have time to cook potatoes. These potatoes are so tender, you can cut through them like butter.
