"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
Scrub potatoes with a vegetable brush to remove any dirt. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil. Place all potatoes in the bottom of a crockpot. Cover and set on "Low." Let potatoes cook for about 10 hours.
This is a great recipe for people who come home from work and don't have time to cook potatoes. These potatoes are so tender, you can cut through them like butter.
