1 env unflavored Gelatin
1/2 C Cold Water
1 1/2 tsp grated Orange Rind
8 oz crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 C Sour Cream
16 oz Whole-Berry Cranberry Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small sauce pan. Let stand 1 minute. Place over low heat and cook until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in orange rind. Combine cranberry sauce and pineapple in a bowl and stir well. Stir in gelatin mixture. Spoon into 8 x 8 x inch pan. Let chill. Fold in cranberry mixture and then fold in sour cream to marble. Chill until firm.
