6 whole chicken breast
6 slices boiled ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
Flour
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
6 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Skin the chicken and pound lightly. Spread out and lay a slice of ham on each. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese. Fold over and hold closed with a toothpick or two.
Put flour on a piece of waxed paper. Beat the eggs. Put bread crumbs on another sheet of waxed paper. Dredge each breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs and then coat with crumbs. After coating, lay on a flat plate, making sure they don’t touch. Chill 10 minutes.

Melt butter in a large skillet, add chicken and sauté 5 or 6 minutes on each side or until golden. (You may wish to melt butter in a roasting pan. Bake chicken uncovered in a 350 degree oven 25 minutes or until cooked. Remove toothpicks
Carefully and serve at once.
