4 cups cooked rice 1 cup chopped ham or 1 pkg. beef, Turkey smoked sausage or shrimp 1 16-ounce pkg. of Stir Fry or Oriental vegetables. Broccoli or other vegetables can be added. In a large skillet, sauté vegetables in 1 – 2 tablespoons oil Add ham or sausage about halfway through sauté process Stir in cooked rice Stir in 3 – 4 eggs scrambled eggs Season to taste
