2 lbs. bacon
1 large head of fresh broccoli, chopped
3/4 c.chopped celery
1/4 c. minced green onions
1/4 c. diced red onions
1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes, halved
3/4 c. dry roasted peanuts
1/4 c. white sugar
2 T. distilled white vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon in large skillet, cook till brown. Cool and crumble (set aside). In a small bowl, mix mayo, sugar and vinegar (set aside). In a large bowl combine broccoli, crumbled bacon, celery, green and red onions, grapes and peanuts. Toss with mayo/vinegar/sugar dressing. Chill for several hours in the refrigerator.
