2 lb hamburger
1 (16 oz) can chili beans
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 medium onions, diced
2 large green peppers, diced
1 quart tomatoes
2 tbsp jalapeņo peppers, diced
2 cups instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger; saute onions separately and add to hamburger. Add garlic powder, beans, tomatoes, peppers and jalapeņos. Heat through. Add 2 cups instant rice and simmer until rice is cooked.
