1 1/2 t. plus 3/4 c. butter (no substitutes)
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. whipping cream
10-12 oz. vanilla or white chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
3 t. orange extract
12 drops yellow food coloring
5 drops red food coloring

Directions:

Grease 13x9 pan with 1 1/2 teaspoons butter. In heavy sauce pan, combine sugar, cream and remaining butter. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil; cook and stir 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in chips and marshmallow cream until smooth. Remove 1 cup and set aside. Add orange extract and food colorings to remaining mixture; stir until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Drop reserved mixture by tablespoonfuls over top; cut through mixture with knife to swirl. Cover; refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Yield: 2 1/2 pounds.
