12 hard cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half and yolks mashed in bowl 1/2 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. real bacon bits (jarred is find) 2 1/2 T. cider vinegar 1 T. sugar 2 T. butter, softened 2 t. black pepper 1/4 t. salt
Combine thoroughly mashed yolks with remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill whites evenly with mixture. Makes 24.
