3 chicken leg quarters, boiled and chopped
1/2 bell pepper and 1 onion chopped
1 stick margarine
small jar chopped pimento
small can sliced black olives
small can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 # Velveeta type cheese, chopped
8 oz spaghetti
Pepper and very scant salt

Boil, debone and chop chicken. Saute bell pepper and onion in margarine. Add chopped chicken. Drain olives, pimento, and chilies and add. Next add soups and cheese (I use store brand cheese). Let this mixture heat and blend. Add spaghetti. Cook 20 minutes at 325 in casserole dish.
