Yellow or white cake mix
1/2 c coconut
or
small can crushed pineapple, drained

Icing:
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick margarine, softened
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1 t vanilla
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix as directed, add coconut or pineapple. I prefer coconut. Bake per cake mix directions. Let cake cool. Icing: Blend cream cheese and margarine. Add powdered sugar slowly and beat. Add vanilla and blend and then add pecans.
