1 stick butter 1/2 c flour 1 pint half & half 2 c water 6 chicken boullion cubes 1 lb jar Cheese Whiz 8 oz beer (not the whole can)
Melt stick of butter. Remove from heat and add flour. Whisk to make a paste. Add half & half to make a thick white sauce. When hot, add water, boullion cubes and Cheese Whiz. When completely melted, add beer. Let simmer.
