1/4 c margarine
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/4 c self-rising flour
1/2 of 7 oz can flaked coconut
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, adding sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add milk and flour, mix well. Add coconut and vanilla. Pour into lightly greased 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
