4 large chicken breasts; 1 stick butter; 6-10 ounces dry sherry; 1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms; salt and pepper to taste; flour
Place chicken which has been seasoned and floured in a 1 1/2 qt -2 qt baking dish. Pour butter over chicken. Bake uncovered at 400º or 30 minutes. Add sherry and mushrooms. Bake uncovered at 325º until tender.
