4 large chicken breasts;
1 stick butter;
6-10 ounces dry sherry;
1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms;
salt and pepper to taste;
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken which has been seasoned and floured in a 1 1/2 qt -2 qt baking dish. Pour butter over chicken. Bake uncovered at 400 or 30 minutes. Add sherry and mushrooms. Bake uncovered at 325 until tender.
