1 C. oatmeal
3/4 C. brown sugar
3/4 C. butter
1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/2 C. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 bag of caramels
1/2 C. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, softened butter, flour, soda, and salt. Put 1/2 of mixture in bottom of a 9X13 pan. Bake at 325 for 10 min. When crust is done put 1/2 pkg of chocolate chips and nuts over crust. Melt caramel and cream in microwave. Pour over top. Sprinkle the rest of the dough mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
